检察官通过办案发现，偷窃自助结账超市的犯罪嫌疑人作案手段大多是“蚂蚁搬家”，每次犯罪数额较小，但持续作案。一般是通过将店内未结账商品夹带在已结账商品中的方式盗出，窃取的多是常见的生活用品或者食品，如鸡蛋、蔬菜、水果、面膜等，每次盗窃数额一般都达不到“数额较大”的起刑点，被追究刑责，一般都是因为多次盗窃入刑。例如付某盗窃案，其于今年6月共在某自助结账超市盗窃22次，盗窃数额最多的一次是价值人民币元，盗窃总数额也只有人民币元，最终以多次盗窃入罪。检察官发现，犯罪嫌疑人大多有稳定的工作和较好的收入，属于超市的常见消费者群体。他们盗窃商品并非是无法负担商品价格，而是因偶然发现自助结账的漏洞后出于贪小便宜或者宣泄情绪等原因开始作案，且他们以为商品价值不大，就算被抓，只要向超市赔偿即可，不会涉及犯罪。犯罪嫌疑人丛某有一份稳定的工作且收入可观，因偶然发现某自助结账超市的漏洞，出于贪小便宜，便多次采取不扫码、不结账的方式盗窃商品，丛某被抓后辩称根本没想到后果这么严重。由于案件数量较多，检察官实地走访发现，多数自助结账超市或自助结账区域并未设置未扫码报警装置（俗称“安全门”），消费者可以直接将未结账的商品带出超市，而不会触发报警装置；某些超市因为人力成本问题，在自助结账区设置较少甚至不设监管工作人员，为不法分子留下了较大的操作空间。检方建议，自助结账超市应当在显著位置和自助结账区设置警示标语和有现场监控的提示，并通过在自助结账区增加监管人员和监控探头，设置报警“安全门”等方式，减少漏洞，不给不法分子以可乘之机。同时，新的便民设施设备，需要公民自觉维护相应的使用秩序，切不可为了贪一时之利，而触碰法律的底线。（记者高健通讯员李刚霍雨佳）(责编：史晨(实习生)、孝金波)。游戏成瘾，这病能治好吗？ 暑假期间，不少学生选择网络游戏作为休闲放松的一种方式。
