　　6月20日，北京电力交易中心会同首都、冀北电力交易中心组织开展了首次北京2022年冬奥会场馆绿电交易，7家冬奥场馆和华电集团、华能集团、京能集团、河北建投所属6家新能源发电企业达成交易，7月1日正式使用绿色电力。

　　根据新的管理办法，公共交通卡分为普通卡和特色卡，不记名、不挂失。公共交通卡有效使用期不得低于3年。使用期到期后，可以免费激活继续使用。普通卡是指具有同一卡面图案，可以在本市交通卡机具上实现支付的非接触式IC卡；特色卡是指卡形或卡面图案具有个性化特征，限量发行或用户群体特定的，可附有其他功能的，在本市公共交通卡设备设施上实现支付的非接触式IC卡。　　办法规定：本市公共交通工具和交通相关领域中配备使用公共交通卡设备设施的，持卡人可以使用公共交通卡支付消费费用。持卡人应当按照公共交通卡发行规则和公共交通行业的相关规定，正确使用公共交通卡。
