新华社记者刘新、翟翔、刘小草。北京有了“环物会” 社区治理迎来新生态所谓“环物会”，即社区环境和物业管理委员会。根据2017年中共中央国务院出台《关于加强和完善城乡社区治理的意见》，提出要探索在社区居民委员会下设环境和物业管理委员会，结合“街乡吹哨、部门报到”贯彻群众路线的工作要求，在社区党组织的领导下，2018年12月7日，社区环境和物业管理委员会在希格玛社区挂牌，这在北京，尚属首次尝试。“环物会”为何在这里成立？成立于2009年的希格玛社区，东起城铁街，西到中关村东路街，南起知春路街，北到中关村南四街，呈东西长、南北宽的长方形状，包括59号院、57号院、47号院等9个住宅小区，既有商品房、单位宿舍、房改房，也有办公楼等，由11家物业公司混合管理，属于混合型社区，也是典型的多元业态社区。希格玛社区成立之初，为了统筹物业管理，成立了物业联席会，把各个物业公司召集在一起，商量社区治理方面的问题。
