他们一个不小的打击。更重要的是，7月新能源汽车的销量为8万辆，同比下降%。一直作为销量“定海神针”的新能源汽车首次出现销量下滑，这显然出乎人们的预料。在燃油车和新能源车销量双双下跌的时刻，中国汽车市场的总体情况究竟怎样，未来汽车市场还将出现哪些大的变化，下个月乃至全年的销量走势将会如何？针对人们关心的这些问题，记者采访了相关学者和专家。“国五转国六”透支市场销量在“小阳春”持续了短短一个月之后，中国汽车市场再度进入下行期。在业内人士看来，出现这样的销量拐点，与6月“国五转国六”的销量冲刺有着密切的关系。今年4月开始，受“国五国六切换”的影响，全国多地的汽车厂家和经销商通过促销、降价等方式处理国五车型。尤其是到了6月，价格战越发激烈起来，不少经销商国五车型的优惠力度提高到5万至10万元，更有经销商推出了“买一辆车送一辆车”的活动。在这样大力度的优惠政策刺激下，市场掀起了一阵购车热潮，也让6月的车市销量出现了少见的增长。“虽然6月的销量喜人，但是这种增长显然不具备参考价值。”汽车行业分析师刘志超在接受记者采访时表示，“从长远看，厂家不可能一直降价促销，因此6月销量的增长属于‘透支型’的增长，接下来几个月的车市销量可能都不会太理想。”崔东树也持同样的观点。他认为随着“国五转国六”热潮的退去，车市将呈现出“休养生息”的状态。在他看来，6月的促销尽管效果直接且明显，但是对经销商带来不小的压力，同时对品牌形象可能产生负面影响。因此厂家和经销商在7月均以回收促销和稳定价格策略为主线，以期维护品牌形象。不过尽管透支效应明显，但是7月车市的零售表现并没有想象中那么糟糕。这样的表现归功于销售和需求两个方面。在销售渠道层面，经销商将6月的部分数据结转到7月以平稳完成零售指标并将部分地区库存车延期销售，让零售多了一些活力。另一方面，由于补库国六车型等因素拉动，7月产量同比下滑状态也在逐步改善。部分持观望心态的消费者会在国六正式实施后开始购车。新能源车市陷入“断奶”阵痛如果说传统燃油车的销量下滑与6月的销量透支有关，那么新能源汽车出现首次下滑的主要原因则是补贴政策的调整。长期以来，我国的新能源汽车主要是政策市场，大多数消费行为都是建立在补贴之上的，政策导向远大于市场导向。补贴调整后，政策导向转向市场导向难免会出现阵痛。“我认为，新能源汽车销量首次下降与需求、政策、燃油车价格的提升都有关系。”谈到新能源汽车销量下降的原因，中汽协会秘书长助理许海东和记者提出三点原因。
