大厂三河只能称为煎大饺子
发布时间:2019-05-10 10:32来源: 未知馅饼顾名思义夹馅饼带层,两层皮一层馅的只能称为馅合子,在天津的盒子类似大饺子在蓟县,大厂三河只能称为煎大饺子,还有一种盒子回头,还有菜卷也是盒子的一种只是比较难做所以少于四层皮的只能称为盒子,中国民间家常食品。制作方式有煎、烤、焗等,由饼皮包着馅料。馅料可以是各类型的食材,例如肉类、蔬菜、海鲜及蛋等,味道以北方的咸香鲜口味为主。
今天咱们就用土豆做个馅饼。

制作过程:
1.土豆洗净去皮,擦成丝;

2.起锅烧水,放入土豆丝,焯水半分钟;

3.焯好,捞出过凉,挤干水分;

4.韭菜洗净切末;

5.案板刷油,放上饺子皮,刷上油盖上一层饺子皮,重复8次;

6.用擀面杖擀薄;

7.起锅烧水,放入面饼,水开蒸10分钟;

8.碗中放入土豆丝、韭菜、生抽、香油、食盐、五香粉,搅拌均匀;

9.蒸好的饼趁热撕开,铺上馅,浇上2勺蛋液;

10.饼上下对折,然后包起来;

11.电饼铛刷油,放入馅饼;

12.小火慢煎,煎至一面定型翻面,两面金黄即可;

13.皮薄馅多,趁热吃。
